Level 1

From the Place of Choice, Jeremy stumbles off the disc onto the path of the Shield.

At the castle entrance, they encounter the Weeping Door. Pickle sits with the advisors to offer support.

Treguard: "Its name, by the way, is Dooris. But then, the Opposition has such a foul sense of humour."

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Jeremy is faced by Dooris, the Weeping Door in Level 1.

The team scores 3. Jeremy crosses the open drawbridge to escape.

In a green room, the team gets quite excited when they see the Eye Shield.

Their attention is soon drawn to the company. A crone is getting frustrated with her magic broom, while a sorceress is getting frustrated with the crone.

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Jeremy meets Malice in Level 1.

Treguard: "A sorceress called Malice and a witch called Goody. One is well named; the other is not."

Jeremy agrees a pact with Malice to find a silver chalice.

Malice: "It is not the Cup that Heals - I only wish it were!"

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. A crone called Mistress Goody tries to hurry Jeremy out.

In immediate exchange, she gifts him the Eye Shield.

Under threat from the witch, the Eye Shield leads him out.

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. A gremlin appears outside the Crazed Heifer.

Jeremy arrives at a tavern, the Crazed Heifer. Inside, Motley is attempting to entertain the patrons.

Motley: "I've seen turnips brighten than this lot!"

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Motley hosts at the inn.

Jeremy gives Motley a fresh joke for his collection. Motley rewards him with a spell, JOKE.

Jeremy continues through the forest, to Oakley's glen. The tree troll tests the dungeoneer's credentials as 'tree friend' (score: 2).

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. The Level 1 clues include an hourglass and gold.

Oakley advises against the glove, so Jeremy takes a bar of gold and an hourglass.

Next, the team approaches the ruins of Dungarth.

Pickle: "Isn't it rumoured to be the haunt of assassins, master?"

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Jeremy is chased through Dungarth by an assassin.

Inside the ruins, an assassin creeps up right behind Jeremy. Thankfully, one shout sends it scurrying away.

They bypass a large lizard to reach a moving conveyor belt. Doors are passing on the left and right.

Too fast. You need to save time and perhaps stop the action.

Treguard

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Jeremy places the hourglass down on the conveyor belt.

Jeremy sets down the hourglass, which pauses the belt by an exit.

Fatilla the Hun is guarding the wellway. He swindles the gold from Jeremy then plans to kill him anyway.

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Jeremy bribes Fatilla with gold.

Fatilla: "Thanks very much. It's nice and beautiful and shiny and I lied."

With no other option, the team spell-casts JOKE. With Fatilla helpless with laughter, Jeremy proceeds down the well.

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Jeremy heads for the wellway after Fatilla is incapacitated by magic.

Level 2

Jeremy lands on a table in a circular room. A goblin statue has flickering eyes.

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Jeremy is met by a dangerous statue at the start of Level 2.

Extreme warning, team. This heathen idol has what they call the 'evil eye'. Whilst it continues to look on you, extreme energy drain is occurring.

Treguard

Alexander directs Jeremy to cover the statue's eyes. The life force drain stops.

Knightmare Series 4 Quest 7. Motley takes a peak under the cover to look at the statue.

Motley and Mellisandre bound in to congratulate him.

The team answers Mellisandre's riddle and earns a joker.

Death

Jeremy arrives in the Block and Tackle at an awkward angle. A burst forward takes him into the left corner.

The floor crumbles beneath him and down he goes.

Treguard: "A fatal error of timing, I'm afraid, team."
